Yvonne Craven has been working in the insurance industry since 1970, and since that time has worked almost exclusively for agencies. Ms. Craven has handled a wide-range of Commercial lines insurance: Property, Liability, Auto, Worker's Compensation, Crime, Professional and some Bonds. She has been licensed since 1980, and has a CPIW designation from the Insurance Women of NJ, where she served as treasurer and newsletter editor. She also received her BS in 1986 while attending Kean College at night. Ms. Craven has extensive marketing and customer relation skills, and while having previously managed her own book of accounts, now presently services house accounts. Ms. Craven specializes in small to medium sized commercial accounts, and has takes a particular interest in helping individuals that are starting new businesses obtain insurance coverage, which can be quite a burdensome task.
