Patricia Truppo has been with McLachlan Kane since 1994, and she currently serves as its office manager. Mrs. Truppo has more than 30 years experience in insurance, and works with the agency's largest accounts. She has always enjoyed working in professional liability and on complex insurance placements. Mrs. Truppo is an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), and has countless responsibilities ranging from account management to employee recruitment and training. She has helped ensure smooth transitions through all of the agency's mergers, and helps McLachlan maintain its high retention ratio. Currently, Mrs. Truppo holds her property and casualty insurance license, as well as her surplus lines license.
