Henry S. Kane is president of Argent Professional Insurance Agency, LLC He is a graduate of Lehigh University with post graduate work at the University of Georgia's School of Insurance & Risk Management. He has worked in the insurance industry for 19 years, a known authority in both physician and accountant's malpractice insurance. Mr. Kane has spoken extensively on issues relating to the medical malpractice crisis, as well as tort reform and risk management. He has developed numerous insurance programs in concert with various trade organizations. He holds the Associate in Risk Management designation and is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society. Mr. Kane has served as a board member of the Independent Agents of New Jersey, chairman of it's PAC and as president of its local chapter. He is a member of the New Jersey State Health Planning Board and NJ State Youth Correctional Facilities Board of Trustees. He is a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Raritan Valley Community College and the United Way of Somerset County.
