Brian S. Kern, Esq., is a co-founder and partner of Argent Professional Insurance Agency, LLC, one of the region's largest agencies specializing in professional liability insurance. With his extensive and diverse background in healthcare, Mr. Kern often assists in the formation and protection of medical groups of all sizes, helping to negotiate insurance rates and provide risk management consultation services. Mr. Kern is admitted to the NJ State Bar Association, and earned his law degree from Seton Hall Law School. He is an expert on the medical malpractice market, and frequent speaker before many medical organizations, including state, county, and specialty medical societies. He is involved with many organizations related to healthcare, and frequently writes for their respective publications.
